This fall we've been developing a rhythm of regular 'One Church' events - Sunday evening experiences where we can gather as one congregation in addition to our separate locations on Sunday mornings. These events - like our September 'Vision Night' and October 'Spotlight' experiences - help us better manage the dynamic of being one church in multiple locations.
To that end, we're gathering for another 'One Church' event tonight at 7:00pm at our Glenridge location. This event will be a Town Hall Meeting - a chance for us as a church family to enjoy some 'family time' together and talk about family matters.
Specifically, this meeting will focus on the implications of the Vineland MB vote last week to become a part of Southridge and launch, together in partnership, a fourth Southridge location in Vineland. Some of the questions that will be addressed include:
- Who will be the Location Leader in Vineland?
- What are the facility and financial plans?
- What is the timeline for launching this location?
- What are the implications of this launch on our existing locations?
- Has there been any discussion about a 5th location?
